Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We recommend that all purchased items are returned to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit thereby making a return or exchange easy.

1. Request a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@studio148.co.uk

2. Complete your returns proforma invoice with your RA number and sign it. 


3. You will be notified by email once your returned ITM has been received and processed.

Although this is our recommended returns service, you may return the goods to by an alternative secure means. Our address for all returns address is Studio148, 148 High Street, Teddington, MIDDX, TW11 8HZ and we request that you contact us at contact@studio148.co.uk in relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

EXCHANGES

Please note we can only exchange items for a different size. When requesting your RAN, please specify the size you require. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your Studio148 account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for up to one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes including import duties. Corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within seven working days of initial receipt.

REFUNDS

All undamaged, correctly returned items will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card or Studio148 account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service. You can also request a Studio148 store credit that can be used against a purchase at the store premises (excluding online purchases).

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all VAT will be refunded. For items dispatched outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Studio148. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs and excise bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be subject to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•   Please seek to return your purchased items for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

•   We recommend that you send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

•   Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit. Shoeboxes should also be returned in the original outer packaging in order to ensure they are protected from damage, shoeboxes are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the shoebox is damaged.

 

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned unused, and with all Studio148 and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Please email contact@studio148.co.uk if any of your purchases have been delivered without Studio148 tags.

All items returned should have a Return Authorization number (RAN) to ease the process. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

LATE RETURNS

Please seek to return items within 7 days of the date of your RAN request. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Studio148, and depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RA numbers requested after 7 days will also be granted only at our discretion.

SHOES

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

UNDERWEAR & SWIMWEAR

Please note, for hygienic reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if unworn and in it’s original condition with the labels and original packing intact within 14 days of receipt.

Returns for underwear and swimwear may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to store availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund
